Experiential online embodiment + relationship empowerment + consultation program for therapists

Inviting depleted, learning-inspired therapists like you to renew your energy by combining simple, powerful somatic strategies with relationship empowerment skills that guide you to rejuvenation in your therapy practice…and beyond.

You feel depleted by the energy suck of your work as a therapist, as if your clients’ anxious or depressed mood sticks to you like Velcro and you can’t shake it off. It follows you home.

You want to feel energized again, and you don’t know where to start.

What happens when you get to a point in your career as a therapist where you don’t have the:

Energy.
Capacity.

Enjoyment.

Space.
To do this kind of work anymore?

Are you supposed to burn your practice down?

Walk away? Start over?
Are you supposed to go get another degree? A different certification? Another modality?

You miss having energy for connecting with people that matter to you.

Everything just. feels. like. work.

You give too much to everyone all the time.

You go through periods where you think, “I just want to be alone” where no one needs me.

You ask yourself, “Why am I so tired all the time?”

Work often leaves you with an emotional hangover. Sometimes you try to eat or drink it away.

You have your own therapist. You try to meditate. You take nature walks.

Nothing helps enough. It just feels like So. much. damn. work.

You want it to be different. It CAN be different!

Imagine if...

〰️

Imagine if... 〰️

You could feel more energized in your life and inspired in your work again, while helping your clients reach their goals faster. I promise that it’s possible.

  • What would it be like if the stress and emotions of your work day didn’t come home with you and weigh you down?

  • Imagine if you could live your real life with energy for hobbies and connection again?

  • What if your work didn’t feel like a vacuum that sucked everything out of you and left you with nothing to give yourself?

  • Imagine if you could feel confident while helping your clients who are stuck in hard relationships or who can’t get out of their own way?

  • Imagine if you could still like your work even when facing your own life struggles?

  • What if you could help challenging clients with less work on your part in a way that is helpful to them and no longer depleting to you?

  • Imagine feeling inspired by new learning and loving the work again.

Imagine having capacity for your work and life. I promise it’s possible

The Embodied and Alive program is a fulfillment of my dream to help depleted, learning-inspired therapists like you find your energy for your work (and your life beyond work!) by learning embodied relationship empowerment practices in a supportive community.

The learning is simple. The impact of embodiment + relationship empowerment modalities is life-changing.

I would love to welcome you into this program.

How Embodiment + Relationship Empowerment = Embodied & Alive

My depletion story:

After 7 years as a trauma and relationship therapist, I was coping with:

The birth of my 2nd child,

My dad’s cancer diagnosis,

And being the primary provider for my household.

I was exhausted and de-energized by my work.

I was giving all my energy to my clients, pushing through kid chaos and household needs, trying to keep a goal of hugging my husband once a day, and then collapsing into bed, where my kids often engaged in what we lovingly call “sleep torture.”

I had no energy to connect with the people I loved.

I used to like people. But I didn’t anymore.

I often felt dead. Going through the motions of life.

I didn’t know what I was missing or how to feel alive again.

Turns out, I was missing two things.

Hi. I’m Rebekah Miller, and I know what it’s like to have the life sucked out of me by being a therapist.

And I want to help you find a way out of depletion faster than I did.

First, my brain needed food to feel alive.

My brain needed to be fed new learning that inspired creativity and was transformative to how I help people. My brain began to wake up again by learning embodied + relationship empowerment modalities.

Second, my body needed somatic healing to feel alive.

My body needed a way to process and move through the emotions and stress responses that this work brings up for me. And learning embodiment practices started this healing journey.

Guess what? My brain and body became alive again.

After experiencing a deeper healing through embodiment and then learning to help faster with the use of embodied + relationship empowerment modalities, I found that I had a new way of managing the impact and energetic output of my job.

In my journey of embodiment + relationship empowerment, I learned:

  • How to move the emotional depletion of the day through me, so that the emotions aren’t stuck.

  • How to help stuck and shut down clients with ease, rather than uncertainty about where to go.

  • How to help angry and anxious clients discharge energy and settle their bodies with far less effort on my part.

  • How to empower clients in their relationships and move them from saying, “I don’t know why I can’t” stuckness to saying “I can do this. And I did it. And now my relationship feels better.”
How to be more empowered in my own relationships.

  • How to process my stuck emotions as I grieved and navigated other life stressors, as well how to process triggers from my past that came up in the work.

Helping clients reach their goals became easier and felt like much less work.

I want every therapist to feel embodied and alive.

This work can be more impactful, energizing, fun, and even joyful.

You deserve to have energy for connection and life after work.

And it doesn’t have to be a multi-year, expensive training program that depletes you even further.

Join me in this experiential Embodied & Alive program where you will be supported in learning how to combine embodiment + relationship empowerment to build your own capacity and transform your work in 6 months.

It truly is worth it.

ADD AN OBJECTION QUESTION OR STATEMENT HERE, as if someone is speaking directly to you.

Graphic.jpg

Insert a detailed, kind “rebuttal” to this objection in a few short paragraphs. Use this section to show your expertise on the subject and trustworthiness. Do not make your readers feel stupid or ashamed for having this question.

Rather, explain that you understand where they are coming from and show them how they’ll be safe with you.

This should be 3-4 short paragraphs. NOT a simple one-line answer.

Offer Breakdown

Ask for the sale. This is your first opportunity to ask customers to take the next step with you! Be bold, enthusiastic, and excited!

Vertical Image with flourish (1).jpg

In 3-4 short paragraphs, cast a vision for their future and tell them why they shouldn’t wait any longer to jump in. Give specific feelings, benefits, and promises they can look forward to.

Don’t use fear tactics here or try to manipulate them to purchase by telling them life will suck unless they join - that’s like throwing a bucket of ice water all over them after you spent so much time getting them excited.

Persuade with joy! Remind them of what’s possible! Set the stage so it feels like an INVITATION to move forward, not a threat.
